What are LED lashes?

With LED lashes, the adhesive is set with a UV/LED light instead of drying in the air. The bond sets right away, which helps with retention. Ask for it when you book, or we can talk it through in the chair.

I have sensitive eyes. Can I still get extensions?

Often, yes. We use formaldehyde-free lash adhesive and non-irritating lashes. If you have reacted to lashes or adhesive before, mention it in your request so we can plan your visit first.

Natural or dramatic: which set should I choose?

Classic is one extension per natural lash, for a clean, mascara-like look. Hybrid mixes classic lashes and volume fans for soft texture. Volume uses handmade fans for a fuller, darker line. Not sure? Choose “Not sure yet” when you book and we will help you decide.

How often do I need a fill?

Classic and hybrid fills are within 2–4 weeks of your last visit. Volume fills are within 3–5 weeks.

How long does a full set take?

About 1 hour 30 minutes for a classic or hybrid set and about 1 hour 45 minutes for volume. You rest with your eyes closed the whole time.

How long does a lash lift last?

About 6–8 weeks. A lift curls and sets your own lashes from the root, so there are no extensions to maintain.
